Cancer Bakersfield | Still lost

Update: Foxy is still lost. Her owner has been battling ovarian cancer for the last 3 years and now on top of that is in the hospital for a broken hip. This dog needs to be returned. Any one with information or who has seen her, please post. Thanks!
